At Ark Fitness, there is something for everyone. There is no such thing as too old or too young. We train athletes from 8 to 70 and can modify movements to suit your needs. Our coaches will help you build to what you feel comfortable with. At CrossFit Ark we advocate for safe techniques before building strength and adding weights, to prevent injury. We want you to not only get stronger, but have a greater range of motion and stamina. Your health and fitness is our top priority. Whether you consider yourself physically fit or someone just starting your journey at CrossFit Ark you will enjoy the personal approach that each of the coaches take to make every class enjoyable and inclusive.
1 ON 1
CROSSFIT Our staple 60 minute CrossFit classes offer high intensity, constantly varied workouts designed to challenge your body and improve your overall fitness and health. CrossFit is designed with everyone in mind, and here at CrossFit Ark we welcome all fitness levels. Our group classes are all led by a certified CrossFit coach, dedicated to teaching and guiding you through each movement in order for you to have a safe, effective and fun workout. Each class will begin with a warm-up, include a strength or skill building portion, followed by a demanding and rigorous Workout of the Day.
QUICKFIT QuickFit is a 30 min group class providing an effective conditioning workout and is comprised of bodyweight, monostructural, and simple weight lifting movements. Each QuickFit class begins with a general warm-up followed by a skill review and finally the workout. The class is focused on improving your conditioning regardless of skill level.
WEIGHTLIFTING This 60 minute class is for athletes of all abilities. Whether your goals are just to get better at the Olympic lifts for CrossFit or you want to increase your overall strength, this class will help you improve. We will focus on flexibility and your ability to get in the correct lifting position. We will target different muscle groups with moderate to heavy loads so that explosive power is ready and waiting in your muscles when you need it most.
KIDSFIT The Ark Kids Program is for kids between the ages 8 -12 and is designed to help develop physical abilities, social skills and self-confidence.
Participants will be exposed to a variety of fun exercises and activities that help develop good motor patterns, balance, assertiveness and a positive attitude!
ALL WOMEN BURN CLASS This all women, minute burn class is focused on strength and conditioning. It will run 3 times a week, and will be lead by a female coach. Starting February 24th!
1 ON 1
PERSONAL TRAINING Our personal training sessions are one-on-one and scheduled at your convenience.They are hour long sessions that are tailored and personalized to you and your specific goals. Whether you are training for a fitness test, working on something specific, or need help with the fundamentals, personal training is what you are looking for!
NUTRITION A healthy lifestyle extends beyond the gym. Here at Ark Fitness we want to help you fuel your body to reach your fitness goals and build a healthy relationship with food. Our nutrition coaching will teach to make the right choices when it comes to eating and motivate you to stay on track.
PERSONALIZED PROGRAMMING Wanting to get your first muscle up? Working toward a new PR? Let our coaches develop a personal program to help you reach your specific goal. The month long programming will work in combination with our normal programming and will be personalized to you and what you are working on.
KIDS PERFORMANCE This hour long small group training is designed for children already involved in sports and looking for strength and conditioning. *Children must be accepted into this class, it is not open to all levels.
